Refund Policy

Effective November 6, 2026

Cancel anytime. You keep what you've paid for until the end of the month.

Cancelling

The head coach can cancel the Paid plan anytime in HuddlePal: team menu → Billing & subscription → Cancel. You won't be charged again. Your team keeps the Paid plan until the end of the month you've already paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Your plays aren't deleted.

Refunds

Because you keep the Paid plan through the month you've paid for, we don't refund partial months. Assistant coach seats work the same way: removing a coach stops their seat charge, and Stripe credits the unused part of that seat toward your next bill.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged in error, like a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, email us within 60 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full to the original payment method.
