Terms of Service
Effective November 6, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Space City Apps for using HuddlePal. We've kept them in plain English. By creating an account or using HuddlePal, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
HuddlePal (huddlepal.app) is made and run by Space City Apps, a sole proprietorship based in Texas, USA ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. HuddlePal is a tool for coaches, not for players.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account, and for the coaches you add to your team.
3. Teams and coach seats
The coach who creates a team is its head coach. On the Paid plan, the head coach can add assistant coaches who can edit (paid seats) and view-only coaches (free seats). The head coach decides who's on the team, and can remove coaches at any time. When a coach who has joined is removed, that seat can't be refilled for 7 days.
4. Plans, billing and cancelling
- HuddlePal has a Free plan and a Paid plan. What each includes and costs is on the Pricing page.
- The Paid plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Assistant coach seats are added to the same subscription, prorated from the day each coach joins.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
- You can cancel anytime from the team menu (Billing & subscription). Your team keeps the Paid plan until the end of the month already paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it, and your team keeps the Paid plan while it does. If the subscription ends, your team moves to the Free plan. Nothing you made is deleted.
- We may change prices. We'll email the head coach at least 30 days before a change affects their subscription, and the new price applies from the next billing month after that.
5. Your plays and content
Your plays, notes and team details belong to you. You give us permission to store, display, copy and process them only as needed to run HuddlePal for you: for example, saving them, showing them to the coaches on your team, printing them, and sending them to our AI provider when you ask for suggestions. We don't sell your content or use it to advertise.
The starter plays and coaching material we provide are ours. You're welcome to use, change and print them for your own teams.
6. AI suggestions
AI play and motion suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong, unsuitable for your players, or against your league's rules. Review every suggestion before you use it.
7. Coaching and safety
HuddlePal helps you plan and teach plays. It doesn't replace your judgment as a coach. You're responsible for your players' safety, for supervision, and for following your league's rules. We aren't responsible for injuries or other outcomes on the field.
8. Using HuddlePal fairly
Don't misuse HuddlePal. In particular, don't:
- try to get around plan limits, coach seats or payments
- access other teams' data, or probe, disrupt or overload the service
- scrape it, or use it to build a competing product
- upload anything unlawful or harmful
- enter more personal information about players than you need. First names or positions are enough.
9. Changes to HuddlePal
We're improving HuddlePal all the time, and features may change. We work to keep it available, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using HuddlePal at any time. To have your account and data deleted, email us (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
11. Disclaimers
HuddlePal is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about HuddlePal is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using HuddlePal after that, you accept the new terms.
